"We had a great stay on Manasota Key! I think this condo sleeps two adults very comfortably. Any more than that is a stretch. It was clean and stocked well. You can’t beat the location! We had many beautiful sunsets on the beach and relaxing drinks at lock and key! We love this area of Florida!"

"We just bought a new home near Lemon Bay. It wasn’t ready so we had to look for reasonable accommodations for a week. We had some time to relax here because that’s what you do in Englewood. Very responsive host, clean, neat cottage among 9 others. The Sunsets were out of this world, the beach was 1 mile away. The people friendly and the pool refreshing. It’s not a 5 star resort BUT Better! No noisy crowds, fish off the long dock, read in the hammock! No one to bother you so make your own Pina...

"Perfect place for what my husband and I needed. Pool table was fun, shed full of beach toys. We didn't need to use our vehicle our entire stay - rode bikes when we went to dinner. Nice screened in porch for morning coffee. Excellent location, nice neighbors. Big screen TVs all worked easily! Host was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!"

"Our boys (10,12,14) loved fishing off the dock and each of them caught some fish. The short walk to the ocean was a daily event. We found shells and shark teeth! The sunsets on the ocean were great. We grilled each night, swam in the pool, made ourselves pina coladas and took advantage of the peace and quiet to read books and play games. We had a great time!"

"My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. "Cozy Cottage is in a great location, with easy access to a private beach area of the Gulf. It's nice to be able to walk to see sunsets, sun rises, Stump Pass Beach Park and to the town beach as well. We also found great restaurants etc in the town of Englewood. The owner is very helpful in terms of being great about responding quickly to questions. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, etc to use, since we had flown to FL.
