This beach vacation rental has amazing panoramic views of the gulf. Separate lanai off of great room, master bedroom, second bedroom and dining room.

1800 square feet under roof. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & Wi Fi. There is a large screen flat panel TV in the great room and each bedroom. The unit is within walking distance of restaurants.

If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We have provided the minimum essentials to get you started. Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

This is a great beach spot with plenty of space, beautiful views, walking distance to the beach, dedicated parking, and lots of nearby restaurants for dining out. In case it makes a difference to your guests, one of the 3 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom is a trundle-style pull-out mattress, but all of the beds are very comfortable. They provide a couple beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach towels, and there is an outside shower for cleaning off the sand before heading upstairs. We would stay here again.

I'm really pleased with the property and I could see the housekeepers did a good job as well. The furniture is a little bit outdated but who cares if you have a beautiful view and a private beach! Great location, excellent customer service so it's worth every penny!

Unit d is the end unit facing the beach and there are gorgeous views all around the living area. It's a large beautiful condo with a private elevator straight to your door. The owner was very responsive and flexible/easy to work with.

We absolutely loved this condo on a private beach. The condo is very large with multiple balconies and a direct view of the sunset over the gulf. Everything we needed was included and the condo was very clean when we got there. The host was quickly responsive to every e-mail. Our only challenge was locating the correct door for the condo, but once we got in the elevator (yes, there's an elevator!), it was very clear. Highly recommended and we will be staying again. Thanks for this amazing property.

Our third stay at this complex, second in the 3rd floor condo. There is so much space! We absolutely love the tile showers and of course, the view! The view is amazing and this time of year I worried we would have other factors preventing the beach, so I knew at the very least, we would get to spend time looking at it. Appliances have been upgraded since our last stay and everything worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to restaurants, circle k and the souvenir shop. The beach out front of the condo is great, and it's right in between Stump Pass and Blind Pass. This year, we had beach chairs specifically for our condo inside the front entryway, and they were really nice and comfy too! We consider Manasota Key and this condo complex our special place, and we will be back.

I wanted to come to the beach for Mother’s Day and I picked The Beach House. The views are exactly what I wanted, and I though it was so cool that each room has its own patio. My family had a blast spending lots of time on the beach, just walking downstairs and straight out. It was hard to leave this beautiful place. My vacation was exactly what I hoped for and the owner Andrew was very responsive and kind!

The property is beautiful! It was great having an elevator that took us directly to our door. The home is in need of a few repairs. The parking is extremely tight. We were thankful out vehicle wasn’t any larger. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would consider coming back again.

Loved our view all day long. Saw dolphins playing in the waves. Walked down a short path to the beach. Great sand, shells and able to walk for over a mile in either direction. Several restaurants less than a mile away. Just the basics in the condo but that was all we needed to relax and unwind from our busy life.

This property is AMAZING! Immedialty upon entering the unit the view took our breath away. Andrew was super responsive and very accommodating to our needs. I definitely felt like I was on a tropical island somewhere else. It was quiet and the neighborhood was great. Everything is a short walking distance if you wanted to venture out. We can not wait to stay here again soon!!! Everything was absolutely PERFECT!! Thanks for having us Andrew!

The property originally rented was not available and this was our substitute. The house and property were nice but it needed some refinement. The interior decor was barren. There were exactly the number of dishes to serve 8. Serving dishes and pots at a complete minimum. That being said, I was impressed by the handling of the situation. Overall very nice. However the elevator was not working and we ( four women over the age of 70) were stay on the third floor. With temperatures above 90 it was difficult climbing three flights of stairs a few times a day ! The refrigerator had a broken shelf . Andrew did his must to accommodate us and helped with moving in .
