« We have stayed in holiday rentals all over the world, and this was the best-run one ever. There was a delicious homemade cake waiting for us, and that set the tone. The thatched cottage (once lived in by Graham Greene) is utterly charming and immaculate, and beautifully modernized (though tall people will have to duck through a couple of doorways). The beds are comfortable, the towels thick, and the refrigerator was stocked with milk, eggs and bread. Any question we had was easily answered in...

« What a charming cottage, clean, well furnished, and conveniently located just one block from the River Windrush and the local shops and restaurants. It's a perfect place from which to explore Bourton-on-the-Water. Just one hiccup -- the latch of the washing machine broke with out wet laundry still inside it -- but Dawn was nice enough to take our phone call after 9pm at night, and let us know where we could locate the appropriate tools, and even offered to have a repairman come in the morning....

"Hôtel dans un ancien manoir avec bcp de charme. Tout à été récemment rénové avec bcp de goût. Chambres standard de taille correcte. Belle salle d’eau. Certaines chambres donnent sur le système d’air conditionné et sont très bruyantes! Demander à changer si c’est le cas. Petit déjeuner sur commande et de bonne qualité. Dîner très correct et plats copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le spa est THE SPA. Grande piscine, vraie salle de sport bien équipée et sauna, hammam. Accès d’1h inclus dans chaque chambre. L’hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles amplement. "

"Séjour très sympathique, l'équipe est super agréable et compréhensive par rapport à notre faible aisance orale. Le petit déjeuner est incroyablement bon et vaut largement les 15£ par personne !
