"Nice cute place with great distance from restaurants and activities. We loved playing the games provided and cornhole outside. Hot tub is very relaxing and peaceful outside. Owner is quick to reply and clear about answering any questions you may have thankyou for having us! Highly recommend!"

"Spent a few days here for my daughter's graduation weekend. The back deck was awesome to sit and enjoy the outdoors, with lots of tree cover to keep you comfortable, even in May! Loved how close it was to Canyon Lake North Park for a swim. The river behind the property was very stagnant and had lots of snakes, so we did not swim. We did however, bring rafts to fish from and to enjoy the river otherwise. Communication with the property was excellent."

"This property is exactly as it is described. It’s beautiful. It’s very unique and very spacious. The wildlife on the property is absolutely wonderful. You can sit out and have your coffee while you are watching deer just casually walk around the backyard. The owner Terry was so wonderful and helpful at all times. Highly recommend this property for a family get together!"

"We were really looking forward to staying on this property to visit family in the area! We drove five hours from East Texas. Upon arrival, we noticed the fridge (that was supposed to be in our room) was outside soaking wet from the recent rain. Walked inside the room, huge leak from the kitchenette sink. Fridge was needed for my toddlers milk. Sink would not stop leaking (my partner attempted to problem-solve). Took awhile for any kind of resolution from staff. We were told there were no extra rooms and we would be refunded for the room without penalty. We then sought another hotel in the area. 10 days later- my bank account still shows I was charged twice for the room and only refunded once. I have contacted the staff. Do not recommend. Little to no communication between staff on room maintenance and ready status of the room. Highly disappointed."

"The room was perfect for my husband and myself. The response of the host was great, very responsive. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 is because the trash was over flowing right next to our room and it was disgusting. I let the host know and it was taken care of the next day. Pet friendly with plenty of room to have walks with our dogs. We will definitely be staying there again. Overall stay is 5 stars!"

"We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, the view was stunning, and the pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our trip. Communication with the host was awesome from start to finish super responsive and helpful the entire time. One thing we really appreciated was how well stocked the house was. We brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, food seasonings, laundry pods, and dish pods thinking we’d need them, but they had already gone out of their way to provide so many essentials for guests. You can really tell they care about making everyone comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"
