"This was a very exclusive stay with excellent food using a carefully selected choice of Hokkaido produce as well as sake and wines. There is a shuttle from the Otaru Chikko station if you organise in advance but you can get in to Otaru using a taxi without any problems. We had an in -room onsen which was gratefully received and used quite a few times. Beds were comfortable but upstairs if anyone had trouble with stairs."
