You'll enjoy a private dock with water access, perfect for heading off to explore. Lovely lake views are visible from all over the home—the enclosed porch might become your favorite spot in the house. However, there's enough outdoor seating that you may not ever want to come back inside! Light up the firepit and watch the stars come out, or grill and dine alfresco on the back porch. The full kitchen inside the house (complete with full-size appliances and plenty of cooking tools) will help you assemble delicious meals. Good times come easily at this home. There's room for you out on the back porch! For larger groups or a more private, quiet space, book Heart Pond Hideaway Annex together. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Unfortunately, the front door DID NOT LOCK while we were staying at the property. When I raised it to the guest services team, it took a full day for someone local to follow up, a few more hours for them to come check on it for us after asking if we really needed them to, and the they admitted it was broken and did nothing to fix it, just told us no one around here ever gets broken into. There’s only so much you can relax on vacation when you’re worried about the safety and security of your loved ones and personal items. Also, beware that booking this property means booking with a huge property management company with its own app, customer service, etc which is honestly both very annoying and confusing. I had to add a night to this reservation and it took multiple support tickets and phone calls to do so because of the multiple layers of middle men. ##### Amanda W. Beautiful pond and surrounding area. The house and grounds were spotless and everything you needed was provided. We were there during hurricane Lee and lost power for 12 hours. The management team checked on us, brought us water and kept us informed about the power company. Wi-Fi was good except for power outage of course. This was the perfect place for our 2 week vacation stay. The location is perfect for day trip outings to the entire area. Highly recommend this property. ##### joe m.
