This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

It was a beautiful hotel and very centrally located.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

Great central location. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the common rooms and roof top. Staff were excellent. Great value gir money. Would stay again.
