"The front desk person was great! We had to request a new room because the toilet in our room had dry urine drops and pubic hair it. Very gross. We were moved to a different room which was better. We can see that improvements are taking place. Parking was great."

"Building is clean, housekeeping staff eey nice. Front desk, was raining while on the phone with manager as I checked in. Trainees should have direct support. The grounds around the parking lot and outdoor space scattered with garbage, butts and trash... "

"Room smelled - bed base broken and bed slanted. TV did not work, no light bulb in desk lamp. Desk chair arms broken, upholstered chair not in good shape. One thread bare washcloth for 2 people - one bath soap sliver provided - no way would it take care of a quick lather. I would not refer anyone to this establishment. The entry door also was damaged. Had it not been for graduation at Syracuse University I would have attempted to find another place to stay but had appointments to keep. Extremely disappointed and upset "

"This place is an absolute nightmare! I had to switch rooms three times. The first room they put me into, the shower was covered in black mold. The next room they’ve moved me into was filthy dirty the floors were disgusting. The third room they put me into had not been cleaned and the maid asked me to change the sheets on the bed!!!When I asked them for clothes hangers, they told me they did not have hangers. After I looked at him and said this is a motel, correct why would you not have hangers? Miraculously two appeared. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was stained. The shower curtain was stained, and the toilet was not connected to the floor completely. Needless to say me and my partner went to a local CVS and bought cleaning products to clean our own room. I plan on filing a formal complaint. This place should be condemned!! "
