We were visiting Muscat for a week and we stayed here becuse it is central. That said, Muscat is spread out so any sightseeing stay in the citywill need taxis. This hotel was almost perfect. The chargeable buffets for breakfast and dinner had an outstanding variety of excellent food. The staff were always friendly and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was large and not busy. The only down side was the lack of local amenities. We did not find any restaurants withing walking distance but there are a couple of grocery stores. The Lulu supermarket is a mike or so away, but it is easy to get taxis & private tours to stop there on the way back to the hotel. Churches are about a 500 metre walk from the hotel.

The room, hotel and breakfast options were fantastic. We opted for thr dinner as well and there was a great selection. The hotel is a bit out of the way though so bear that in mind when booking. Faisal was fantastic when checking us in and very kind as was Moosa. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.
