Charged extra 560 euros due to error on behalf of Expedia as they say, even tough at check in no issues. Was charged 2 days after. Checked price for 3 adults and 1 child and same as charged, so paid 560 for nothing. They are making up policies as they go and please. On receipt paid the same amount was charged by rxpedia, £450 for the extra guest, and they charged again 560 euros for same thing. Complete rip off. Chrck everything before getting here. All inclusive but premium drinks charged, private beach only offering refreshing drinks and water. Reception attitude appaling even though being shown in the wrong. Never again. Choose a different resort around. There are plenty. Deffinetely bot a 5 star. More like a 4 with indulgence.

This was a lovely all inclusive hotel, very relaxed with lots of nice bars and restaurant options, including a pier and some beach front places. The food was fantastic and the pools were fun. Kids club was also really good, but 10am is a late opening time… kids wake up early even on holidays

"The place is run down. My room was dirty, floor, cupboards were full of dust.. You will hear everything from all rooms and they will hear you ofc.. Breakfast and dinner and staff are good but place and room are extremly disappointing, also its far from main hub and ancient city.."
