"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriend and me. Gave my long distance girlfriend and I a special charcuterie and bottle of wine since I told them I haven’t seen her in a long time. Great place for couples to stay with amazing location on the water in a cute town. There’s a nice supermarket near by to stock up the room with. Receptionist was amazing and made the stay some much more enjoyable. If you’re think about it or are hesitant trust me and stay here. Go on the sunset cruise...

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"Nice but a little run down. Needs a bit of maintenance here and there. At its peak it would have been amazing. Check out the small private beach just below the hotel but bring provisions for the hike back up. Breakfast buffet is very good 4 stars. Other dining options are slightly limited but you're in Algarve! Also a bit noisy at night for those who go to be early, but this is a place for adults. The staff are the best thing about this place. "

"It’s a stunning property. Loved the sunset champagne bar. Food and drinks are pricey, but there are other options nearby. The pizza at the Italian restaurant and the burger at the lunch spot near the pool with the swim up bar were yummy."

"Check in and check out was very smooth. All staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay. Rooms and facilities were very clean. The beach was walkable down the cliff and that provide =d much needed exercise especially after the irresistible food which we was provided in all restaurants within the hotel. Wonderful stay and will definitely go back! "
