Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. It was conveniently situated with an easy drive to Tampa and many nearby attractions. A great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

I had my two sons who are six and nine and my husband was on a business trip so he would leave us in the morning. Breakfast staff was amazing. There is a particular staff, she was helpful and attentive and says "Have a blessed day" which starts the day right. Our tub needs a little bit of fixing up in the both rooms. But the hotel is quite and lovely. Location is closeby to Clearwater Beach. We enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!
