"First of all - Valet parking was very welcomed after a hectic day! We had a late meal at the bar/restaurant where Kevin was working. He was so friendly and attended to everyone quickly and smoothly. Even the cook came out to ask about our food, which was delicious! It was a short stay, just in town for a football game, but enjoyed the accommodations and staff very much. We will come again."

"The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay Staff was very helpful and understanding when it cames to satisfying our needs regarding the restaurant we ate at. They went the extra mile for make sure we were please, and they gave us credit and free meals. You don't find that at many hotels. The room was beautiful. Everyday they came in and cleaned the room. I recommend anyone to visit the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay."
