The staff is friendly. The room has roaches, the bed has a big dip where my husband has to put pillows in the dip to sleep properly. The toilet constantly runs. There are roaches in the tub that will greet you to take a shower with them, we have to leave the bathroom light on so we are not over ran by roaches. There is also a ant problem. These rooms are not worth the cost that they are trying to charge. Plus they want a 100.00 cash deposit (that is supposed to be refundable) There is some type of loud shenanigans that happens in the middle of the night. This place IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! Hairs in the sink, hotel hallway smelled like marijuana, bugs, stained sheets. I checked out early because I couldn’t tolerate the conditions. I reported the conditions to the front desk and contacted hotels.com. The front desk could not be reached by phone. The reservation line did not reflect my early checkout. The customer service of the hotel generated a complaint to reflect early departure for refund of remaining days. My review has been rejected three times in 24 hours and I suspect it may have been because it included information that I wish hotel.com did more to help me. If it is rejected again, this will confirm my thoughts…my review did not have the common reasons (personal information, profanity, rate or room # information).
