Everything was good just breakfast need to have something sweet and more variety but overall was good.

Marina Beach Hotel was a charming get away while staying in Santa Barbara. All of the hotel staff we came in contact with were pleasant and respectful. The A/C kept the room comfortably cold and the WiFi was easy to connect to. The kitchenette was welp kept and mini fridge was well maintained. Breakfast accommodations were hospital and breakfast was lovely. The shower temperature and pressure were refreshing with two shower heads (one standard and one overhead). Rooms are well maintained and linen was visibly clean. Walls are thin and hearing people next door is inevitable, although I have to believe this is with any establishment. Everything worthwhile was in walking distance to the hotel: the beach, breakfast at Chad’s or Jeannie’s. Main Street with all the shopping and other food establishments are in walkable as well. Overall I would return here!!

Outside of all inclusive resorts abroad, this is probably my favorite place that I've ever stayed! I will never stay anywhere other than the Beach House Inn on my trips to Santa Barbara. After an unexpected departure from another hotel, we approached The Beach House Inn a bit defeated, but from the moment we stepped on the property, Liz turned everything around for us. This Inn is located in a walkable area - 5 minute walk from the shoreline, 8-10 minutes from state street, the Moxi, train station, coffee shops etc. Another reviewer said the area was rough but I disagree- this is California - the inn is located in a very normal/quaint Santa Barbara neighborhood. The great thing about this Inn is that it is completely gated. From the front entrance by the courtyard, to the parking - you cannot enter by foot or by car without a gate code. You can leave your room, walk into the courtyard and straight onto the sidewalk to head to the beach without going down any stairs. The courtyard - wow. What a beautiful, functional and well maintained space. This is the sort of space you don't realize you're missing in a regular big brand hotel. Grills, bonfire pits with ample seating, and perfectly manicured landscaping. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like family. They work so hard every day and always provided what we needed. The room - EXCELLENT. Spacious, functional, clean, well maintained, new. Ample storage, TV, fireplace and a kitchen! Worth every penny. Book it.
