8.6/10 Excellent! (789 reviews)

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent right amidst the historic Sultanahmet area and views from the restaurant were fantastic (although Hagia Sophia is rather obscured by construction work, this is not the hotel's fault). Breakfast was very good, Turkish style and so very filling! One issue was that initially we were given a first floor room which I think the patio door had an issue that meant it couldn't close fully, so it was a bit noisy at night. In the morning we asked the reception staff if we could change to another room and they were happy to move us (including moving all our luggage for us) to the 4th floor which was much quieter. Overall a very good short stay in Istanbul.

"The hotel was very close to all the tourist attractions a few minutes walk to the blue mosque, the staff were excellent, well spoken compared to other hotels that we stayed in the past. The room we stayed in needed a bit of maintenance, but other than that, very nice hotel, especially the ninth floor ..."
