Everything was fantastic. The beach was nice and quiet here but the bed is preatty hard for us as American. We don’t know if this is normal in Japan because the last hotel we stay in Japan was hard also. If you like soft bed. We do not recommend this place. Lol

Clean rooms, staff was friendly, there was bikes that you can rent, karoke room and laundry room. Ver family friendly. Walk away from the beach, we got an ocean view it was a gorgeous view. Breakfast had some good options.

Very nice hotel with pool and 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. nice room with ocean view (sunset), very good breakfast with lots of options. extremely nice staff and helpful. the only downside is many of them can't speak English.

Over crowded every corner

Over crowded accommodation during every weekend in summer holidays. Joining long queue upon check in, lift lobby, breakfast and check out are daily entertainment. You may not enjoy a relax but always rush environment in the hot season.

The hotel itself is great, the staff is super nice, the facilities are great and the breakfast is great. If one facility should improve: the kids room isn’t great, there isn’t much to do for them there. The biggest negative was the location, the hotel is quite isolated, the beach (in the spring) wasn’t great and dining options are limited if you don’t get out by car or bus.

Nice hotel. Quiet and we'll equipped. Pools were nice. Location ok, handy for bus transport to city, shops, and airport. Not much nearby to walk to unfortunately. Be nice if the onsite convenience store was bigger with more range, as unable to walk elsewhere. Also, probably shouldn't charge children under 5/6 for breakfast, as they don't really eat much! Wouldn't take much to make this place 10/10 with some minor tweaks

Lovely views! Quiet area, in Itoman industrial area. Parking available. Make sure to put parking ticket into the machine by reception before going out again to avoid getting an additional cost. We paid for parking at check in however were not aware of needing to put the parking ticket into the machine inside the hotel first each time therefore ended up with an additional 2000+ yen parking fee we had to pay to be able to leave the premises however after figuring out there was a machine inside the hotel we avoided any additional fees.

⸻ ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars) The staff was super kind, but most didn’t speak English, which made even simple things—like calling a taxi—pretty difficult. Housekeeping was fantastic and kept everything spotless, but the beds were really uncomfortable. There’s no food delivery allowed, and you can’t take food from the restaurants back to your room, which was a bit inconvenient. The gift shop staff were awesome, though, and the views were definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the room felt very outdated and could use a serious refresh.

Deluxe hotel rooms are subpar with outdated furnishings and dirty walls, plus if you have a balcony there are no balcony chairs. We were so taken aback by the appearance of the room because it definitely did not match the site pics, and we specifically paid more for the deluxe over the standard room for the added esthetics. Our room was unclean, had marred furnishings, and no balcony chairs. Was absolutely floored that we paid extra for a deluxe that looked worse than a motel 6 room. Fortunately we were able to switch to a superior room, which was WAAAAY better thanks to their customer service rep, Ali, who looked at the condition of the room and moved us. I hope this was a one off, but the fact that even the walls were black with scuff marks, and the love seat cushions had stains, make me believe it's not.

Great resort style hotel with beach view

Great resort like hotel near the beach. We had a beautiful view of the see from our very spacious room with balcony. The pools were lovely and a perfect way to relax in between exploring and shopping. Just across the road was a lovely wee beach which was really nice for swimming. The breakfast was great, so many options to choose from and making it a really good value stay. Poolside food and drinks were very expensive and although they had restaurants at the hotel we didn’t dine there due to price and selection Having a convenience store onsite was great though for snacks, drinks and ice creams ( and a range of souvenirs fairly priced) as there is nothing walkable in this area. That’s the main downside of this hotel but worth it to have the facilities we enjoyed. There was a bus that stopped at the hotel to take you to and from the airport and to shopping areas so that was convenient. We spent a bit in u era though as it was a way out and the bus wasn’t always possible. Unfortunately our check in and out took way too long and the staff weren’t able to help with advice on local restaurants etc which was a shame as we depend on local knowledge when travelling. Other than that a great stay and we really enjoyed it

This property was amazing! We got the view side & I’m so happy we did. Saw the sunset every evening, woke up to an amazing view of the pool & the beach! There’s a great system to checking in & the property is just beautiful all around! The only possible down side was the parking, it’s quite a distance & there was a storm warning so I was thinking how much I would have to walk in the rain to get to the hotel lobby from where we parked.

The hotel itself has a lot of very old feeling furniture in the rooms. Sometimes there’s a lot of music being blasted around the premises that can be annoying. The hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area, but the bus line around the hotel makes it not too big of a deal. The hotel will also schedule a taxi for you as needed. Fine hotel overall.
