"This hotel was exactly what I needed after cycling over 100km. Check in was quick and the onsen is open overnight so was able to head there and soak. "We’re a couple travelling as tourists. We stayed three nights in September. Being close to the train station was very convenient; the castle and Korakuen garden are within walking distance. All staff were incredible from front desk to the executive lounge team. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, the shower (over the bath) pressure was great. Our rate included Club Lounge access with finger food and drinks each night which we enjoyed. Views were great."
