L'hôtel nécessite cependant de sérieuses rénovations. Les tapis des corridors sont sales et tâchés, les murs sont grafignés. Les chambres sont dans un état usé, les matelas sont très mous et usés. Il y a cependant un grand balcon qui aurait aussi besoin de peinture et aussi de chaise pour profiter de la belle vue qui nous est offert.
