My only complaint is there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so for events like the Saijo Sake Matsuri it takes a long time to get to and from your room, and the breakfast area becomes very crowded. they do have a washer and dryer which I used twice very convenient very efficient. The coffee maker was broken for two of the three days I stayed so that was a bummer. I wish they could’ve given everyone ¥200 to go to the 7-Eleven for coffee or just brew it in the kitchen!"
