Though costs a little more, everything from room, amenities, staff service and meals were amazing. A bit of a walk from Dogo station up hill was the only challenge getting to the hotel

The customer service here was amazing. Staff were super helpful and made our brief stay comfortable and easy. The location is a little out of the way from the main city of Matsuyama but the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful; made the commute worth it. We requested a taxi back to the airport around 7am and they drove us there themselves, it really saved us the stress and additional cost; we were so grateful. 2nd visit, lovely place

We loved all of the amenities of this hotel. There is a room with two massage chairs for guests to use, of course the onsen which was lovely. They offer free ice cream or popsicles in the afternoon. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Good location. An easy walk to the castles and restaurants.

This stay was everything I wanted from an onsen hotel - the convenience of having your own bath, half board meals in the room. この度は温泉と料理と人(特に大野さんには感謝です)、全部癒されました！

Excellent hotel all around. Very good Japanese style breakfast. Less than five minutes walk from Dogo Onsen station and less than a minute to Dogo Onsen itself. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Yukata are provided for your onsen visit. Tons of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was excellent, clean and so comfy. Staff very friendly. Didn't opt for breakfast as we liked to go out and experience the city at breakfast time. Room comes with air conditio ing which is a big plus!

It’s a love hotel!!! It must have been grand and glorious in its days! Rooms are spacious, with seating area, large tv, closet, fridge, microwave , kettle, MASSAGE CHAIR, separate paid bar with liquor and snacks. Big powder room, separate bathroom that feels like private Onsen, with jetted tub and smaller tv, shower. Toilet is separated with bide. Great view of Mastuyama Castle, lovely staff, nice restaurant downstairs. We always stay here when passing through.
