"We absolutely loved this place!! The staff was so amazing and attentive!! The “Maria’s” knew exactly how we liked our coffee, breakfast and drinks!! So kind and attentive! The front desk people (Katarina, can’t remember the nice man’s name) were so helpful with everything!! I lost my luggage and they helped so much to get it back. The rooms were very clean and plenty of room. Staff came in everyday and made bed etc. The pool area is beautiful and quick walk to the beach! Also quick walk into town. I would go back in a heartbeat!! Loved it all! Liz and Scott"

"Stunning spot. The caldera view of the volcano and Oia were fantastic. The hot tub was our favourite part after a long day of walking. The stairs are steep but that’s normal in Oia! The floating standard breakfast was 100/10. Everything was great. We expected the terrace to be more private but that also seemed normal for Oia. More water or soft drinks and some small snacks would have been a nice touch but we appreciated the big bottle of water and the wine was nice. The AC was awesome. It was nice to have a tv with Netflix to relax from the heat of the day. We stood on the terrace at the top of the stairs to watch sunset which was nicer than fighting the crowd. He host was quick to reply. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others. We loved how quiet it was as well compared to the other end of Oia."

"Staying at Esperas made my first visit to Santorini live up to the expectations I had. We were able to watch the sunset each evening on our balcony, away from the crowds. Our room was a Cave House which had 2 levels accessed by a ladder. Luckily we were both able to navigate the steps, but keep this in mind if you are thinking of booking a Cave House! Breakfast each morning overlooking the Caldera was amazing. A very memorable stay."

"The location of the property is so amazing- we had the only family suite they have . Total 3 bathrooms ( 2 full and one 1/2) . Oia has tons of stairs. Older area and stairs are of all sizes . But it’s beautiful. We had very clean bedrooms. You’re in a cave so expect to see maintenance as best possible in that setting. They have done well. Location was lovely. The staff… I can say they are all amazing - wonderful people who really care about their guests. No pool - but for us not a problem as we realy wouldn’t have time as we wanted to see everything! It was my parents ( in their 70’s healthy) and my husband and I"

"Room was outstanding. It was very clean and full of amenities. The view was breathtaking. The service and staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The customize breakfast was delicious. A shout out to the entire staff for making my stay spectacular but a special thank you to George for delivering the best lattes and making the best Paloma margaritas."
