The staff cannot do enough for you here. We were treated like VIPs the moment we stepped out the airport and met their driver who is so knowledgable and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. I fell ill on day 2 and they helped get medicine, offered to make me soup or comfort food. Checked in on me too. They were so friendly. It was a hilly 20 min walk up hill on way to Oia but there is a taxi for €20 each way available from the hotel and you can WhatsApp the hotel to send a car back too.

We had a fab 10 day stay at the Secret View. The location was perfect. Quiet enough to relax but easy to walk into Oia (e-ya). The hotel has an intimate feel, great facilities & lovely views of the Aegean, we had a beautiful sunset every night. We were lucky to get a super last minute deal with a plunge pool suite & half board. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail & there was a bottle of fizz & sweet treats in our room. Our suite was bright & airy with a large terrace, pool, 2 lovely sunbeds & a beautiful sea & sunset view. It was spotless. The hotel is well maintained & cared for by the staff. We were regularly asked if everything was ok & even asked if we wanted the temperature of our pool changed. In our suite we had our main towels & pool towels changed every day (we could change them in the evening but often declined). Everyday we got 3 bottles of water & bottled water was served in an ice bucket when sunbathing at the main pool. The main pool is well presented, although I preferred the sun loungers on our terrace.There was always somewhere to sit, only a couple of people did bed reserving & it was generally a quiet place to relax,in fact sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. The food was very good. On HB we had breakfast & one meal at the time of our choice from set menus with additional items at extra cost. For a 10 day stay the menu does get a bit limiting but staff creatively adapted some dishes for us. Staff are amazing & really want you to have a great time.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms were incredible, the facilities were fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel food was also very delicious. Would definitely recommend and we would 100% come back. Absolutely zero complaints.

Loved our stay here

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. They even helped us book a car rental and had it dropped off at the hotel for us. The room was lovely as was the pool. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, just a short walk to Oia and even closer to Finikia which has some great places to eat. The food at secret view was average, the night menu is very poor so wouldn’t recommend that. Otherwise a nice stay.

Such an amazing and relaxing place just a short walk to Oia. It was nice to be a little set apart when the crowds were busy shopping. Staff was great and the same every day so we became familiar with them. Very accommodating. My only less than 5 stars was that the bed was too hard for me.

The staff are formidable- George (bar/dining manager) has a passion for the product and it is apparent. The quality and service is wonderful and staff are always available to go above and beyond. The Santorini Secret suites are a gem.

The accommodation and staff were truly 5 star. The distance to Oia was a 5 minute walk and the local restaurants were amazing. The only downside we had was the size of the rooms, which we could not fit two suitcases on the ground and the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise this stay would be a 5 star!

Had an incredible experience at Secret View Hotel! The property boasts breathtaking ocean vistas. The staff are not only friendly but also enjoyable to interact with.
