We arrived early and were given a cold drink & a spa pool and shade with amazing views; to relax in while they prepared our room, which we then had access to 2 hours early. "The service was A1, very friendly. They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival flight to let us know if we had any needs, and they helped us with transportation, sending a taxi to the airport. We were greeted by a man who helped us with our luggage (which was very helpful because carrying suitcases to the room is terrible). On the first day, they gave us a complimentary wine, and breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The day we left, checkout was at 11:00 a.m., but our taxi was scheduled to pick us up at 12:00 p.m. They allowed us to stay an extra hour without any problems. 100% recommended. We stayed in a room with a view of the caldera and pool. Truly luxurious."
