« Beautiful and Newly renovated. Smells great from the moment you walk in! We used the basketball court and sat in the beautiful patio. Our suite was perfect for 4 people where we each had our own space. Didn’t get to use the kitchen but they had everything in case you needed it. Breakfast was great as well. Would definitely recommend. »

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« From start to finish The Westin Buckhead was an amazing experience. My daughter and I checked in for a staycation and we felt like we had hopped a flight and checked into a luxury hotel elsewhere. The staff was so nice, The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the room service was delicious! I even got introduced to my new favorite red wine by one of the bartenders at the hotel restaurant. One of my absolute favorite amenities was the built in water station where we filled up our water bottles...

« Parking was very tight, floors hadn’t been mopped in ages, nothing to cook with, room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, recycled roll of tolet paper was left to use, one towel and hand towel for a booked three person stay, attendant was never in the office, TV did not work had to fix ourselves and room phone had static »

« Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en milieu d'après midi nous avons trouvé porte close. L'hôtel n'a pas de réception les dimanches et jours fériés. Et leur téléphone ne réponds pas. Une personne et un policier à l'extérieur nous ont confirmé que c'était comme ça. Et comme l'assistance Expedia ne répondait pas au téléphone nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel. Expedia vends des nuits dans un hôtel qui est fermé les jours fériés ! Le lendemain nous avons eu une personne de l'assistance Expedia...
