"hot tub was scummy, pool area seemed kind of dirty. Room was all scuffed up on every surface, obviously hotel is not in its prime. could use some updates / maintenance in places. Staff was fantastic, room was ok otherwise. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. Freezer looked to maybe have mold in it but not sure. tv was ancient, needs upgraded to smart tv. breakftast was actully really delicious. "

"The water pressure in the shower was terrible, making it very difficult to shower and it took forever to get clean. The water was only luke warm and also took forever to heat up. The complimentary breakfast was very poor. Not good options or good taste. Raisins were brick hard. Only fresh fruit offered were tiny apples, zero bananas or fresh berries. No fresh bread options, only cruddy mass produced full of preservatives muffins. Awful orange juice, no apple juice, no milk, nasty coffee, really disappointing breakfast. Not enough staff, no one at check in counter, no one to ask about how to get coffee etc refilled or if there was any milk etc. Bathroom sliding door doesn’t shut for privacy, bathroom fan turns on with light even when you don’t need it and is extremely LOUD. No Kleenexes, just an empty plastic kleenex holder. Overall, one of our worst hotel experiences."

"Clean rooms, Staff is nice, Property Owner can be very rude, Be prepared to pay for Incidental Charges which are a separate fee, Waffles and Cereal are your only choices for Breakfast."
