Due to changing tides and the rise of sea level we do not guarantee beach access from the side yard. The best local Sandy beach (in our humble opinion!) Is a quick 5 minute drive up the street to the pier/harbor area where there is a sprawling dry sand beach.  
  
The city offers a fun electric shuttle that will pick you up at your door and take you to any beach or coastal restaurant and then bring you back to the beach house. Just download the Ride Circuit app and select Oceanside.

#### Great space, location and price

The stay was great, right on the beach. My mom and dad have never in their 50 years of marriage stayed right on the beach. We loved to sit on the patios in the morning to start the day with the wind and water. The furnishings are up to date and lovely. I loved the room with the two king beds then walking down to the spiral staircase to a secret living room and kitchen. I’ll miss 4000 sq ft., the waves and the finer things this property offers. Would stay again!

This was perfect for our large group. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. The garage parking was a blessing and a need I had not considered. The beds were so comfortable after being busy all day and needing a good nights rest. Waking up and having coffee on the deck watching the waves was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and used all of the beach items supplied for guests.

Photos and description not accurate - many broken items - house not stocked property for knowing 14 guests coming - many many things that could have been better and little things that would have gone a long way - never been to a VRBO like this at all and been to many -

We had an amazing stay in this house! We rented all 3 units to have the whole house and it was perfect. The location and the view are by far the best part. We had everything we needed between the 3 units and would stay again. Management was very responsive when we had questions and a few things were not working which was great. The area was quiet and the beach was clean and beautiful

#### Amazing House

We shared this amazing house with 3 other soccer families while we were in town for a local tournament in Del Mar. This house had it all!! Plenty of room for all to relax in all the bedrooms, common areas, and all the bathrooms. To have 3 Kitchens was incredible. We are in this part of CA a lot for soccer from AZ and plan to use this house as much as possible as our home base there! Loved the beach, close to downtown Oceanside. Perfect. Thankyou.
