60 East 3E is an ocean view hidden gem and with a breathtaking views from an over-sized balcony just 50 feet from the beach. This pet-friendly, unique condo home blends classic OC charm with contemporary convenience. The unit has all modern appliances and amenities, including a washer and dryer, WiFi and Smart TVs to keep you connected and entertained, and the ground floor storage closet provides a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for guest's use.
Located in midtown Ocean City just off the 62nd street bridge on 60th Street, you will be within walking distance of many restaurants, venues and and shops. This 3 bedroom/3rd floor ocean-view walk-up condo sleeps eight and features two balconies, three bedrooms with a queen, full and twin beds, respectively (one of which includes a loft and cathedral ceiling). A queen sleeper sofa is also situated in the living room if needed. Up to 2 dogs permitted, not to exceed 50 pounds in total, $50/night plus tax. Pet addendum signature required. Property rents any 3 nights all season. Guests need to supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

The location of this home was great. Very close to the beach and local bars/restaurants. local public transit was a great way to get around the city. With a little bit of care and simple replacements it could be a 5/5 and a great place to stay. The home was decently clean mattresses and bedding all had stains which could be fixed with waterproof liners that are washed in between guests. Be ware of extra fee for linens. I've never stayed at a location where sheets and towels were not included. I was charged an extra 110 to rent sheets and towels for our 4 day trip, which when flying in from out of state, you don't have many options but to pay it. It feels like a bit of a scam that it's not included. The home was also not stocked with basic supplies. After we arrived, we had to purchase multiple supplies for the trip that are typically included as an accommodation. Toilet paper, dish soap (the dish soap (the dish soap supplied was so watered down it was useless), paper towels, and garbage bags. Also, if you plan on using the fold-away bed in the couch, know that it is miserable, the mattress is extremely stained and needs to be replaced, and it is also very thin. I've used a number of these in the past, and none have been as bad as this one was. We purchased an air mattress to use instead of the fold-out bed. Again, this place has potential and with a little bit of TLC could be a 5/5

Great location, poor a/c and curtains

To be clear this is a good spot and reasonably priced. We liked this place but had some issues. From biggest problem to smallest 1. Bedrooms lacked any way to really keep it dark. The master bedroom basically didnt keep any outside noise out. Very difficult to get to sleep, stay asleep, or sleep passed the slightest amoint of outdoor light. 2. The a/c does a great job in the living room area but not so great in the bedrooms. 3. Dishwasher didnt really.clean the dishes. 4. The railing on the balcony off the main area is kind of loose and should be fixed. We were here for Oceans Calling so we didnt really have the time to speak with management about any of these issues. I feel like they would of responded to anything and will likely respond to this review and resolve some of the issues. Oh and it is kind of insane to charge for sheets and towels these days,.especially at the pricepoint for the rental.

Convenient location!

The condo was located (as advertised) just a few steps from the beach. It was clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. We had four days and three nights of beach, boardwalk, and just hanging out on the large balcony with family. Awesome place, would definitely come back!

Awesome location

Our family and I enjoyed the condo. It was literally steps away from the beach and had an ocean view from the balcony which we enjoyed. The reason that I am rating it three stars was because of how hot the rooms get. We had four children under the age of five with us and in the loft room there are no curtains with the sun beating down on all the see-through windows. It was about 80° the entire duration of our stay and the kids were uncomfortable and up at 6 AM every morning as soon as the sun rose. Not thrilled because They were up late and we were trying to sleep in as on our vacation as well. We also cannot lower the AC under 70°. In addition to that, I would just recommend a better cleaning service, especially vacuuming under couches and furniture. Thank you for renting your condo to us. We had a great time to get away

Great location but not cleaned properly

The location of the condo was perfect - walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. It comfortably fit our group of 8 adults. The reason for the poor rating is due to the cleanliness of the condo and the issues we encountered when trying to book the linen package. Initially, it was very hard to get a hold of Central Reservations to book the linen package. When we finally were able to do so, we were told the $100+ only covered sheets and towels (not blankets and pillows). So we cancelled the order as we believed the price to be too high for just the sheets and towels. Apparently, there was miscommunication at the property management company because for the next day I received both calls and emails stating they were adding the package to my order. I had to speak to three different people to get things squared away. The next issue was the cleanliness of the condo. We walked in and couldn't believe how dirty it was. Immediately we noticed all the sticky hands that were never wiped down on the sliding doors. Then we saw the candy wrappers inside the couch and in the loft. When we went into the bathroom in the master, there was sand in the tub (walls and floor) and the toilet had a cleaning strip on it stating it had been cleaned, however, there were actual pubic hairs in the toilet. I understand it's a beach condo, so I wasn't expecting it to be spotless, but frankly it appeared that minimal time was spent cleaning the property even though at check-in they stated they clean extra due to COVID. This was definitely not the case.

Perfect Stay - Awesome Location

Property itself was absolutely perfect for our group. Loved the layout and over-sized balcony. However, I didn't realize it was a 3rd floor Condo with no elevator. I need the exercise, but getting luggage up and down left us quite breathless. I would recommend a dumb-waiter so that you can pull your things up to the 3rd floor balcony maybe from the one side would help resolve that issue, but over-all - loved the place and the location was perfect! Beautiful view of the waves in the morning! Enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Cheer Competition 2019

This unit was perfect for a family of 3 and a family of 2 for a cheer competition at the convention center. We made all our meals in the very well stocked kitchen - the best, actually, of any place we have stayed (would have preferred a Keurig, but it wasn't a big deal). The location was excellent - steps from the beach and 20 blocks from the convention center, which was a very easy 5 minute drive. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We even had to turn around after checking out to log out of Netflix and it was no problem getting back into the unit. The beds were very comfy with the foam toppers. FYI - If you bring your own sheets for the queen bed you need either larger than queen or deep pock sheets as the mattress with topper is difficult to fit regular sheets (we used A to Z linen service for both sheets and towels sets). There were plenty of games and the TV was very easy to use for Netflix, etc. The unit had wonderful natural light in all rooms which is nice; however, we would have like some curtains in the bedrooms, especially the "kids" room as the sun shining in prevents anyone from sleeping in. Overall, a wonderful cheer weekend and we were able to do a lot of hanging out, playing games, reading and relaxing between our competition times.

came down with 7 friends and myself and this condo was perfect. so close to the water even tho we didn’t go in. great walking distances for food. also condo looked just like the pictures which was great. only thing was no elevator and traveling up and down the stairs wasn’t fun. but other then that this was a great stay!

Customer Service is Important....

I loved the place. It was beautiful. Perfect for me and my family. We arrived a little after 5pm unfortunately the key to the building was not in our envelope. We stayed outside until 8pm we had been in the car since 2pm. When we called emergency services Ms Jean couldn't have been more unprofessional... During our conversation she told me to SHUT UP... When she came to bring the key she saw that the door was locked. A discount on our next stay would be appreciated for the inconveniences..

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Very nice place. Had everything you needed for a long weekend away from home.

Everything was nice and we didn’t need for anything (except an elevator 😜). My party of 5 adults had plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing Halloween weekend at the beach. The place is located within a few steps of the beach. Plenty of parking available. Had every amenity you need. I am already planning next years halloween festivities.

Beautifully remodeled & very clean!

Let me just start off by saying I have never booked a homeaway before this and my what a pleasant experience it was. This property was beautifully remodeled and comfortably slept 8 people as advertised. They provided basic accommodations for us like dish soap, laundry detergent, and coffee filters which made our trip that much better honestly. My family travels this same week every year and I can definitely say we will be staying here again. (Maybe even more often!)Thank you for having us!

Great times!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was super cute, clean and close to the beach! The fact that there is no elevator took a little getting used to but it really wasn't that bad! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and there was a great selection of reading materials! The only negative I can think of was the very low water pressure in the shower. Not so great for trying to wash the sand out of your hair! All in all I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Excellent Condo!

Our stay here was wonderful. Perfect location- within walking distance to so many good places- Fager's Island, Dead Freddie's, Macky's Bayside, and even Seacrets is walking distance (although a little further than the others listed). Oceanview from the front balcony- cannot beat it. Nicely decorated and well-kept. It was nice and clean. We loved our stay here and would absolutely return for another stay at this place!

Seniors should not stay there, 4 flights of stairs, no elevator. Also there are no linens and towels, and the agency added that fact as a footnote to the contract. The location is convenient, near several nice restaurants, but so is most of OC

We loved this condo! It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen table was our favorite part! Large enough to accommodate everyone. Loved the decor!! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends and hope to stay there again.
