Actually the property is quite nice! The stay was good for the most part Some of the staff was friendly & very helpful but there was a clerk whom I felt was rather rude Also I didn't like that we couldn't have extra towels We had to turn our dirty towels & wait for them to be counted to get clean towels since we only had housekeeping service for 1 of the 3 nights we were there ( Our choice) The breakfast was okay

We were stranded in Middletown, NY for 3 days due to a tire issue (waiting on special order tire from Sams Club) and it couldn't have been at a better hotel. Was a very pleasant stay.
