"Great location and friendly staff"

"Staff was awful and needs more training for proper hospitality. Doesn’t even smile and greet people properly. Was very rude to tell all the guests that came a little early before 3pm that check in is 3pm! It feels more like a vibe of a cheap motel. Room was average and carpet has this weird stains so don’t walk barefoot. The shuttle driver was nicer and helpful than actual hotel receptionist."

"Second stay at this hotel. Such an easy drive for rental car return before early flight at SFO. Breakfast starts at 6am. Skipped, but did grab a coffee on the way out the door. "

"The building is outdated. The rooms were clean and staff was excellent however the bathrooms, curtains, and hallways could use an update. The hotel does not offer free parking and does not have a restaurant or bar connected. The area is rough, i was unaware of what the locals call the "TL" high crime rate and homeless issue. Overall, i would not select this hotel again."
