Main issues: 1 small pot and 1 small pan / no real cooking supplies / mattresses we're really cheap and uncomfortable / walls we're pretty dirty / the bathroom really smelled like mildew / there was trash on the property / internet did not work and there was no follow through for reestablishing it / there were no trash bins or trash bags / there was only 1 dishwasher pack / there were open holes in the ceiling and walls / kitchen...

It is located just outside the Yosemite gateway town of Oakhurst, and made transportation/navigation to the national parks a breeze.
