Fully stacked with amenities and everything you can think of, well it’s there. This owner know what hospitality is and how to host like the 5star hotels do. Ideal spot for a group of friends or a family. Beautiful spot where it’s located. Super quiet and breakfast out in the deck overlooking the lake is unbeatable. Not that we had any major issues, but it was nice to have them check in on us during our stay. It showed how commuted they were to making sure our stay was nice. And the owners of the home were so incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m glad we had the opportunity to meet them.This home is a cozy space right on the lake that has everything you need. We enjoyed having dinners out on the deck overlooking the water and watching our kiddos swim. It was so great having access to the water right outside our door. The patio/dock is large, with lots of furniture including umbrellas. It's comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We were able to rent a boat and dock it mid-day at the house (we only rented it for the day) and jump off the dock to swim. Just be aware that two of the 3 bedrooms are connected so that you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. This wasn't an issue for us but it's good to know. Also, the ceilings are quite low as it seems this was formerly a basement that's been finished as an apartment. Communication with the management company was mostly great. I had a website issue with VRBO and they were really wonderful and helped it get smoothed out. This isn't a big deal, but We let them know that we would be arriving a day late but they didn't let the owners know and the owners were wondering when we'd arrive. The next day the management sent out an email asking how our first night was despite the fact that we hadn't arrived yet. We had another question upon leaving but also didn't hear back from the management company, but it wasn't an emergency or we would have tried harder. Bike trails are great, short drive to Yosemite was a plus!! We loved boating on the lake and how close the marina was to the house. Coffee in morning and dinner on the deck over looked the lake were fantastic. Just what we wanted! The hosts were incredible! Very helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend staying here! The kitchen is very well stocked, we ended up doing most of our meals at the house. Really close to trails and beaches. We went fishing off the dock and caught some bass. Everything was really clean.
