Inside, the cabin is designed for connection and comfort. The fully updated kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with modern appliances — including three refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens — so hosting big family dinners is a breeze. Whether you're gathering around the spacious indoor dining table or sharing meals under the stars on the deck, there’s room for everyone. Fire up one of the two BBQs or the smoker for an unforgettable cookout, then kick back by the gas firepit surrounded by plush outdoor seating. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Great Family reunion at Bass Lake

This stay was an amazing first trip for us to Bass Lake. The noise was well equipped with plenty of room for adults and kids. Easy walk down to the lake, and we had a key card to let us drive the oldest and youngest to join the others. We had a reason to call the Vacasa manager once and they responded quickly and fixed our problem! Just a nice place for a big group!,

Area is lovely, premises were clean and comfortable. Area is thick with other cabins, so keep your windows blinded if you care about being watched. Living area was a bit tight for our group inside, but the deck and garage gave us plenty of extra space as needed

#### Great vacation house for family & friends

Great house and great location. This was our first trip to Bass Lake. House has beautiful view of lake from balcony and upper floor. We found the houseHouse was clean and maintained. listing a little confusing. The private dock was a big plus in our decision to stay. However, the dock is across the road. A foot path behind home leads to road crossing that leads to propery's private dock. If youre up for a few stairs and a bit of a walk its quite convenient. The house is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms upstairs and bath. Two bedrooms and bath on ground floor. There is àlso 2 bedrooms and bath located below the ground floor under the deck. Bedroom are on the small size, but big enough. The large dining table was great and large enough for our family of 11 to sit comfortability. Bed were comfy. Living room area was comfortable. Had nice balcony with a great view, but in Aug was quite warm and we weren't able to utilize.
