We had to switch rooms due to a leaking shower. Somehow it was leaking into the room. Additionally the shower was “handicap” accessible but also sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. However they immediately moved us upon complaint.

The property, my room and the gym were clean, and it was relatively quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Two of the three staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful -- the other not particularly friendly at all -- but 2 of out of 3 is fine!

We are used to tent camping; this is like having an awesome tent. If you normally stay in a hotel, this might not feel as clean, but you’re in a forest. I was impressed with the privacy. Unlike a campground, the spaces are not jammed together.
