« This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town! »

« The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are going through a switch over of owner so should get better than what I will be saying. The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. Was put in a room that computer said was ours then next day was locked out of room after going to get breakfast and do a little shopping. Had to switch rooms because the computer system messed it...

« The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip. »

We were there a day the restaurant was closed but the bar did have some food available to buy and we could take our draft beers to our room which was great!! « We never received our code for check in and no one answers the phone. My husband finally had to go find the office to get our room code. There wasn’t enough parking, our bathroom door would get stuck when you closed it, and our room smelled like paint. There were several outdoor sitting areas that were very nice, but it definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. »

« The room was decent. Our bathroom was terrible. There was mold in the shower, the construction was not finished. The ceiling tiles were not all there. The beds that i had booked were queen size but we got full size beds. Overall it was not the worst hotel experience, but it did have the worst bathroom I've ever seen. »

« This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...
