"The receptionist was nice and quick with getting me checked in. Unfortunately I checked right back out quickly, the first red flag was my hotel room door was. The cleanliness of the room was not good beds were made, but sheets had stains. The hotel is renovating so there is dust and dirt in the halls and rooms. The hotel could do better with hiding there renovation work. Since the room doors are open you see all of the trash, paint boards and drapes inside and rights outside of the hotel rooms. "

"Most staff were friendly and helpful. There was a staff member that was not very friendly or helpful. We had to move rooms and after moving rooms the new room didn't have a remote. When we went to ask for a remote the lady said she didn't have any remotes and didn't seem to want to help figure out how to get a remote. Also if you want stuff to drink get it somewhere other than the hotel because bottles of water are $4"

"Make sure you get to breakfast early even though they say they have breakfast until 9:00 am. Nothing was stocked at 8:30 am when the kids and I went down to grab breakfast. Very disappointed. Also, the toilet in the bathroom was a push down button and it always got stuck. The tv never worked the first night. The next morning I told the lady at the front desk and by the time we got back to hotel that afternoon, it still wasn’t fixed so had to ask again. The phone in room didn’t even have a dial tone. Told them and never fixed it."

"I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available."

"This entire property seemed to be in massive disrepair. The entire place reeked of marijuana, the ceiling tiles down the hallways were missing chunks and wires were hanging out, all of the walls and doors had scuff marks and chunks missing out of them. The bathroom in our room had massive holes both in the wall, and in the shower, there was unidentified brown stains over the walls, dead flies on the floor, crumbs in the bed, water damage all over the floors and dried gum stuck to the floor. The continental breakfast was only comprised of cereal, toast and waffles - very disappointing. We were not impressed with our stay at all and won’t be staying again. "

"the gym was pretty good for a hotel,but Im a gym rat and can always use more. /...they missed one day of room service. Over all a great property"
