« Our room was spacious and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. The only thing we did not like was the 3 steps that we had to go up to get to the hall with our room. This was on the 4th floor. All other floors had ramps so you could roll your luggage cart to your room. We had to leave our things on the cart outside the elevator and carry it to the room. Had I known this, I would have requested a room on another floor. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
