"When we gained access to our hotel room and used the bathroom, my husband and I both noticed the toilet was rocking. We waited until the next day to check it out. I saw removed the caps on the screws and saw that neither side of the toilet had been bolted down. I screwed the plastic nuts down myself as I figured it would take too long to get someone up to tackle the job. I told the front desk when we checked out. The desk clerk told my husband I was a keeper. On another note, I really didn't find the lobby to be inviting. There is not enough seating and the bar area is not at all relaxing. It's a miss in my view. Everything else was good."

"Check in was easy, no issues with parking which was convenient. They have a parking deck next to the hotel and the workers there were friendly and accommodating. I thought the treat and water bowl for dogs was a nice touch to the hotel. We did not bring a dog but i noticed it and thought that was cool. They offered Starbucks items, which was great. Most places were within walking distance of the hotel so you can definitely explore some local restaurants and activities to enjoy. My husband and I were pleased with our stay and will come back soon."

"The room was clean and more than sufficient for me, we really enjoyed the rooftop pool though the edge of the pool had some damage. Parking was fine, if expensive. All of my concerns are really the difference between the hotel being conveniently located to my destination and a similar hotel much farther from the city. World Cup was also in town which drove up prices everywhere."

"We appreciated the complimentary coffee and filtered water. The guest amenity closet is a nice touch. Even though we didn’t need anything extra during our stay, we appreciated the convenience of it. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, attractions, etc., in this area. It could get really crowded and busy at times. We were just annoyed that we had to take a one floor elevator to the lobby and another to our room. The stairs to the lobby were blocked off for some reason. It would be more convenient for us to use the stairs instead of the elevator. Overall, we’d recommend it for the location, cleanness, and the service."
