On the large terraces with 360° view over ocean, jungle, infinity pool, you'll experience unforgettable sunsets and vacation memories. Huge sliding glass doors, high end finishes makes the villa an architectural masterpiece of tropical modern luxury. Located safe in a gated community, come home from the hustle and bustle of our beach town Gionnes and hear the birds singing, the monkeys howling, and the waves crashing. Casa Divina comes fully equipped with a kitchen (ceramic cook top, dishwasher, water filter, oven, toaster, air fryer), laundry (washer, dryer), housekeeping (on request) terraces with comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the ocean views, flora and fauna. What a joy to start and end a day in Casa Divina's salt water infinity pool - 15m (49ft) in total, with sitting area for your sunset drink and 12m for swimming lengths. Since we are living 95 % outside the interior areas of the house grow to the exterior and the outside merges to the inside in a beautiful designed flow. Therefore the exterior spaces are large and have a pergola, many daybeds, chairs, and tables to relax in Pura Vida mode. You may spend your days enjoying the divine serenity of Casa Divina at the salt water infinity pool or may decide to venture out to discover more Costa Rican adventures - from Catamaran cruises, Canopy tours, hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding, to surfing lessons, swimming, or relaxing on the magnificent Pacific coast beaches (10 min. drive) In world renowned surfing beach Guiones you can rent: ATVs, surfboards, kayaks, SUP's, snorkel equipment, etc. The property is located in a private gated community that allows you to feel safe and sound during your vacation. Feb 3, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Needs some investment and TLC The house has serious systems Issues including plumbing, electric, and water supply, as well as some smaller irritants that can make it difficult to enjoy. Essentially, the house does not have air conditioning when you need it. From 11AM to 4PM, when outside was hot, between 87 and 90 degrees, and the sun is on the house, we could not get air conditioning below 84\. The home is designed to take advantage of to cool the home. But the screens cannot be closed, to shut the air out and allow for air conditioning. So when it’s 87 degrees, they are constantly blowing hot and humid outside air. The unit can’t compete. The hot water tripped the electrical box constantly, and we were shown to reset the breaker so we could get hot water. The fans do not have remotes that reliably work. The living room we got the remote to work once, then could not turn it off, so we used the electrical box. The bedroom worked some in week two. The dishwasher needs to be started multiple times and often does not complete a cycle. You cannot flush toilet paper. You put it in a wastebasket. We lost water to the development on a weekend, and they worked to get it back up, on Sunday. We were asked to flush the toilets using buckets of pool water, which we did. The owner stayed 30 feet away in her "neighbor's casita" when we declined her request to stay on the property during negotiation. We were found in violation of a number of house rules, while trying to make do with a less than ideal arrangement. ##### Dave S.
