« La chambre ne valait pas du tout le prix payé. La salle de bain a particulièrement besoin de rénovations. Malgré une chambre non-fumeur, il y avait une odeur de cigarette et d’humidité. Nous entendions également les bruits de la rue et des chambres voisines. »
