Great staff and service. Definitely would recommend!

This hotel is incredible. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. Hang ( the concierge ) was exceptional in meeting our needs. I highly recommend this resort.

Great clean hotel

Can't say enough about this gem of a boutique hotel. From the minute we arrived, to the time we left we were treated like royalty. Upon arrival we were served drinks & fresh fruit while we waited for check in. We were brought to our room and given a tour / explanation of everything inside. I had a personalized hand written card welcoming me to the hotel along with fresh fruit. Every time we seen staff we were greeted by name, and I can't tell you how special we felt with all the extra attention...

The property was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, definitely a good choice for tam coc.

Mr. Kim, the owner of the hotel (not a Korean descent) and all the staff members were excellent in providing services and tour information. The breakfast was modest but good enough to start a day. The hotel is located on a bit of up-hill but this is not unusual for the hotels and businesses in Sapa. It was conveniently located in the center of Sapa town and we were able to walk to and from many restaurants and tourist places. It is reasonably priced and very friendly place. Highly recommended.

You must stay at this hotel if you go to Hanoi! It is my second time staying there and it was again a beautiful hotel . Will tell all my friends

Personnel courtois meme avec mon arriver tres tardive y m ont nourris et tres bonne accueil .excellent dejeuner

Staff were very accommodating to all our needs. Location is perfect and within walking distance to most areas that are highly recommended to see in Hanoi. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. My experience there was great. The food choices are a little bit limited and a little bit pricey, but if you want to stay in the hotel and eat, you couldn't ask for better because they treat you amazing loved the place would definitely stay again

I have traveled the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This hotel has an amazing team working here, so kind, helpful, friendly and focused on service. Super clean, great views, quiet, just the right distance from town for short walk. Nice pool, super good food and choices in the restaurant - great service! For VALUE and everything there is no better choice anywhere! Many thanks and gratitude to all, Lien was extra kind and helpful, great guide as well, highly recommend.
