Staff were lovely and location was great in Hanoi. However the plumbing wasn't the best and often left a smell. Also, I arrived early and they held my suitcase for me until check in time. Although this is kind, I would question the security behind this as i went in and out of that room a few times and other people's belongings were there. Seems like anyone could take it if they had to temporarily store something as well. Be aware it's very noisy on the street below.

"The room 903 was clean, the bathroom on the other hand, had multiple issues. The bath did not drain properly, flooding issue, the shower head did not work, the water mixer would produce scalding hot water or cold water, that was a challenge and last but not least the tiles in the shower was loose ..."
