"The location of the hotel is great to discover Hanoi by feet. The staff is great, especially Anna. She supported us with recommendations for food and sights. Helped us with a map, arranged our trip to ha long bay; Ninh Binh and the transfer to the airport. We will come back!"

"Booked this for the pool and pleasantly surprised how clean and maintained it is. Cool water to cool down on the 40 degree days! Breakfast was good, eggs made on request. Buffet food is left out uncovered so I didn’t have much of it after seeing bar flies on the fruit. No window as such in the room but loved how quiet it is with no street noise at all. Water splashes out of shower every use but water falls to drain outside so it’s not a huge deal. No early checkin here and they charge extra...
