The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel.

The location was excellent to be in the action of the old quarter. The staff was great, but Jennie really added the value to the property. She was super nice and extremely helpful in arranging all our details including a trip to halong bay. She made our staff amazing.

Correct mais sans plus
"Nous avons payé 25e/nuit pour la chambre double. Le point le plus positif est le personnel qui est vraiment très gentil et accueillant.
