A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.

Great place to short and long stays!

Structure: The hotel has a good structure and is in an excellent location. We stayed in for 5 nights. The shower worked well and had hot water available. In fact, the room looked newly renovated and was the best bathroom and shower we used in Viatnam. Furthermore, the toilet and sink worked well too, as did the air conditioning and lights. The hotel appears to have an elevator. We stayed in a room on the first floor and the only bad thing was that the wifi was a little unstable in our room (I imagine because it was towards the back of the hotel), but in the common areas it worked well. Cleanliness: The room was clean and had all the utensils we needed. They have minibar. Food: Breakfast was good and they had options that were a bit different from traditional Asian coffee, as well as bread and eggs with cheese and ham. They served fruits, butter, jam and other foods. Tasty. Surroundings and staff: There are some good-value restaurants on the hotel street, as well as shops and tour agencies. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us with tours and what to do in the region. There are shopping malls with good prices nearby. We didn't have any problems with noise as we stayed at the back and the hotel appears to be soundproofed (excellent news as the area is very busy and everything starts working very early). Transportation: My husband and I used Grab in the city and had no problem finding cars in the area. There are some motorbike rental shops close to the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt mitten im Old Quarter. Wir haben einen Shuttleservice für 18$ vom Flughafen über das Hotel gebucht. Es verlief reibungslos. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe ,war sauber und gut eingerichtet . Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof .Es war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte größer sein.

직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 베트남에 도착해서 아이패드를 비행기에 두고 내렸는데, 제가 전화를 쓸 수 없는 상황에서 호첼 직원들의 도움으로 아이패드를 다시 찾을 수 있었습니다. 매우 청결하고, 호안끼엠 호수까지의 거리도 멀지 않습니다. 다음에 하노이를 방문할 때 다시 이곳에서 숙박할 생각입니다.

立地がとても良かった。ドンスアン市場やハンザ市場など徒歩で行くことができ、周辺にはローカルにも人気の食堂などがたくさんあった。 部屋の広さは、大人ふたりに広すぎず狭すぎずちょうどいい感じ。 朝食はフォーやオムレツのオーダーに加え、毎日違う内容の数種類の温かいお惣菜やパン、果物をセルフでとることができました。とてもおいしかったです。

직원분이 친절하시고 체크인중에 과일쥬스랑 간식 주시며 기다렸어요. 방에도 과일있어서 틈틈이 먹었구요~^^ 다른 나라 여행도 혼자 가는편인데..방이 정~~~말 넓었어요. 욕조 반신욕으로 여행의 피곤함도 풀고...다시 하노이에 간다면 또 선택할 숙소입니다~~^^

ハノイ滞在中3日間滞在しました。基本的にコミュニケーションは英語ですが、英語が苦手でも丁寧に説明くれるので特段問題ないとおもいます。 朝食は大きなホテルの様にレパートリーが多い訳ではありませんが、ワンオーダーでフォー（phở）も頼めます。毎朝おいしいphởを食べたので外食時は食べなくて大丈夫です。 チェックアウト時に空港までの1番近いバス停を丁寧に教えてくれて助かりました。タクシーだと400,000 ₫（2,000円）ほどかかりますが、バスだと3,5000 ₫（175円）で済みます。 旧市街辺りのホテルだとLong Bien（ロンビエン）が1番近いです。ちなみにバスは20分間隔できます。86番バスね。 I stayed for three days during my stay in Hanoi.Basically, communication is in English, but even if you are not good at English, you can explain it politely, so I think there is no problem. "About breakfast, there are not many repertories like a large hotel, but I can order for four (phoo) for one order."I ate delicious phoenix every morning so I don't have to eat it when I eat out. It was helpful that they kindly showed me the nearest bus stop to the airport when I checked out.Taxis cost €400,000 (2,000 yen), but buses cost €35,000 (175 yen). Long Bien is the closest hotel to the old city.By the way, buses can be separated by 20 minutes.The 86th bus.
