It was just a great experience, photos exactly as it was.

Host was accommodating and caring! Close to grocery, restaurants, & most activities, by car. Chalet was comfortable with A/C, washing machine and clothesline, well-equipped kitchen, nice mattresses… and a bottle of vino tinto! A lovely stay! Highly recommend :)

Agua Inn is a wonderful facility. The location is far enough away from Nuevo Arnenal to feel private yet close enough to drive into town to dine at restaurants or visit the town. The inn is also far enough away from the main road so you do not hear the traffic. The room was charming and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly yet respected your privacy. The inn has a gorgeous view the the river and the grounds are well maintained. We were there for 2 nights and the breakfast each...

We were lucky to spend a full week at Nayara Springs and from the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated wonderfully and absolutely loved our stay. When we checked in, instead of standing at the front desk waiting to provide documentation, we were escorted out to their deck overlooking the Costa Rican rain forest. We were given a welcome beverage while Leo walked us through the paperwork, photocopied our ID, got our signatures, and showed us a map of the property. With Leo as our...

What an awesome place to stay! La Fortuna is an awesome place and this was the best accommodations by far! The place was modern, super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed including an awesome kitchen to make meals and save some money on eating out all the time. But even more amazing were the staff. So lovely and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure out stay was the best. We highly recommended staying at Susa Villas!!! Thanks for everything!!

Heaven on the mountain side. Every single detail of this property was exceptional: the architecture and landscaping were stunning, the cabins were incredible and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service

Everything was fabulous!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were great, the facilities were beautiful and the boat tour excursion they arranged for us was spectacular. We enjoyed the natural pool and the walking trail every day during our stay.

Resort was excellent. Very clean food and service was great

One of the most enjoyable places we’ve ever stayed at. Seperate cabin/cassittas with a gorgeous lake view. Julio is your own private chef and is spectacular. Only downside is the rough drive up the hill off of the main road and that fact that you probably need a vehicle as it’s about 40 minutes outside of La Fortuna.

It is really very beautiful , quiet and clean property, than looks like cottages inside the gardens.

Beautiful place! This property is exclusive and the price reflects that. High price but receive high standards. The Arneal Volcano is right in your face and the surrounding area is amazing!

Fab stay - gorgeous surroundings and fabulous staff.

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! They truly think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from insect repellent and a clothesline in the room, to a small eating area outside the cabin. The staff are so friendly and helpful! They made great recommendations and booked tours for us. The grounds are phenomenal! The hot springs is beautiful and farm is extensive, with a wide variety of animals and a huge vegetable garden. My kids were very interested in...

We spent six nights there and the resorts reputation as one of the top luxury destinations in the world is well deserved. Our casita was one of the smaller units but we were blown away by it. The balcony with a Jacuzzi overlooking the gardens and the volcano was beautiful. We had two walk-in showers, one inside and another outside in a walled tropical garden. The room was huge. Although the casita was air conditioned we switched it off as the temperature was very comfortable day and night....

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The tours were a lot of fun, the canyon is amazing, the hiking trails are very nice, with fantastic views. The food was excellent. Every single menu item we ordered was very tasty, and very nicely presented.

This is the best stay I have ever had! If you are going to stay in La Fortuna you MUST stay here. It was such a dream!

Absolutely beautiful and modern place with lush grounds and your own private hot tub! ! They had all the amenities you needed in each unit. Very friendly and responsive staff! Pricy but worth it for a few days of luxury!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The location was excellent—close to everything, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a convenient location.

We had a great time staying at the Fortuna Retreat. The staff we met were great and really helpful especially with local recommendations for activities and restaurants. The rooms were spotless and well equipped. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
