It was just a great experience, photos exactly as it was.

Host was accommodating and caring! Close to grocery, restaurants, & most activities, by car. Chalet was comfortable with A/C, washing machine and clothesline, well-equipped kitchen, nice mattresses… and a bottle of vino tinto! A lovely stay! Highly recommend :)

Agua Inn is a wonderful facility. The location is far enough away from Nuevo Arnenal to feel private yet close enough to drive into town to dine at restaurants or visit the town. We were lucky to spend a full week at Nayara Springs and from the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated wonderfully and absolutely loved our stay. When we checked in, instead of standing at the front desk waiting to provide documentation, we were escorted out to their deck overlooking the Costa Rican rain forest. What an awesome place to stay! La Fortuna is an awesome place and this was the best accommodations by far! The place was modern, super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed including an awesome kitchen to make meals and save some money on eating out all the time. But even more amazing were the staff. So lovely and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure out stay was the best. We highly recommended staying at Susa Villas!!! Thanks for everything!!

Everything was fabulous!

One of the most enjoyable places we’ve ever stayed at. Seperate cabin/cassittas with a gorgeous lake view. Julio is your own private chef and is spectacular. Only downside is the rough drive up the hill off of the main road and that fact that you probably need a vehicle as it’s about 40 minutes outside of La Fortuna.

The Nayara Tented Camp was an amazing experience. The private outdoor shower, thermal pool and views were spectacular. We ate at four different restaurants and all were exceptional. The property is very hilly but the staff are more than willing to transport you in golf carts. The service was outstanding and the staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were great, the facilities were beautiful and the boat tour excursion they arranged for us was spectacular. We enjoyed the natural pool and the walking trail every day during our stay.

It is really very beautiful , quiet and clean property, than looks like cottages inside the gardens.

Beautiful place! This property is exclusive and the price reflects that. High price but receive high standards. The Arneal Volcano is right in your face and the surrounding area is amazing!

We spent six nights there and the resorts reputation as one of the top luxury destinations in the world is well deserved. Our casita was one of the smaller units but we were blown away by it. The balcony with a Jacuzzi overlooking the gardens and the volcano was beautiful. We had two walk-in showers, one inside and another outside in a walled tropical garden. The room was huge. Although the casita was air conditioned we switched it off as the temperature was very comfortable day and night....

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! They truly think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from insect repellent and a clothesline in the room, to a small eating area outside the cabin. The staff are so friendly and helpful! They made great recommendations and booked tours for us. The grounds are phenomenal! We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The tours were a lot of fun, the canyon is amazing, the hiking trails are very nice, with fantastic views. The food was excellent. Every single menu item we ordered was very tasty, and very nicely presented.

Absolutely beautiful and modern place with lush grounds and your own private hot tub! ! They had all the amenities you needed in each unit. Very friendly and responsive staff! Pricy but worth it for a few days of luxury!
