« Unfortunately this was my first time using VRBO. I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was fairly simple. Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left...

« This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location. »

Then go through a laundry list of rules. Easy to tell it was a corporation not an individual.
