"Location within walking near St Francis Cathedral and plaza delighted. Generous food buffets with plenty of choices satisfied. In our five nights, the menu rotated and repeated so two nights were the same…this was minor, yet would be good to know up front. Staff everywhere always made us feel welcome…they were super friendly!Parking was convenient and fair. Pillows were clouds!"

"The hotel looks great from the outside, but when we checked in the elevator was broken and while we were there, we did not see one elevator repair company over the four days we stayed. The freeway noise was very loud, which made it difficult to sleep, as well as people partying on their decks laid into the evening rooms are very dated. I will probably not stay there again since the elevators were broken. I worked four days. I would’ve thought they would’ve offered a discount or something to try to make it right my wife has a bad knee and going upstairs to the third floor was not fun every day. I understand things go wrong but when they do go wrong, it’s how you make them right there was no attempt by the hotel to make them right."
