Sept 2026. A 5-star review for a 3-star hotel. Rooms are clean. Bathwater is hot. Beds are great. Firm enough for me, and soft enough for my companion. It's well maintained and has been updated. It's much better than most 2-star places and it is the best hotel on our vacation. Location is great for those on a long-distance run across the country. It's 14 hrs to Costa Mesa, California, 14 hrs to New Orleans, 10.5 hrs to Houston, and 17 hrs to Chicago Breakfast included. Coffee is great for a hotel breakfast. Safety is high. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended: We stay here on our annual trip to Cali.

This review is solely based on the first impression the hotel makes upon arrival; we had significant concerns about safety and went to a different hotel, We don't know what the conditions inside the hotel are or how helpful and kind the staff may or may not have been, but the outside was so sketchy that we did not feel comfortable staying to find out.

Room was very clean and it was exactly what we needed, I do suggest when people check in at night that the front lobby does not look like a daycare!! I had to push stuff out of my way to walk on the floor. I would definitely stay again.!!

The room was clean and the furniture in good shape. But the room smelled so badly. We found it difficult to relax or sleep. We couldn’t leave quick enough the next morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

To enter the stairway you need to use a key card. The door at the stairs nearest my room did not operate properly and they knew about it. I had to walk to the far end of the building to get upstairs. The room had spots where the vacuum had missed. Overall about what I expected for the price.

Arrived to property in the late afternoon and our room was not ready. Staff said to wait 5 minutes. After 25 minutes we tried to find someone that worked there to tell us what was happening. Couldn’t find anyone. We had been issued a key went in room, it appeared ready, but the television didn’t work. My husband fixed it. Breakfast was cold, steal muffins and no juice available.

Reasonably priced accommodation with all basic amenities being provided (fridge, microwave, etc). However a couple of things could have been better: 1. The card reader for one of the staircase entrances was not working. After a long day it’s frustrating to have to go to the front desk repeatedly. Finally, I was told the the card reader might have gone “dead” and will need to be repaired and that I should use the other staircase that was farther away from my room. 2. The body wash had not been replenished. The dispenser was empty.

This place was good for the price. The beds are comfy. The room didnt have an old musty smoke smell. The bathroom vanity area is small. Cant say anything about the breakfast as we didnt go down. The room was clean. Will totally stay here again for the price.

While my review is not stellar, it was still great value. It was clean enough and I was able to get some sleep and quickly get on the road the next morning. The highway and car noise is pretty bad with some cars and motorcycles being very loud. They disrupted my sleep a few times, but like I said, overall it was great value.
